This page explains GDPR rights where that law applies to the processing of your personal data by TVSTATES. It supplements the Privacy Policy, which describes the website’s actual features, browser preferences and contact channels. A privacy page does not replace the operational obligations a business must meet.
Send a data-protection request to TVSTATES on WhatsApp: +1 (406) 608-6028. Begin with “Privacy request” and explain the record or conversation concerned.
Rights you can exercise
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restricted processing or portability; object to processing; and withdraw consent. You also have protections concerning solely automated decisions with significant effects. TVSTATES’s website does not make such decisions.
A deletion request may not cover records still needed for a legal duty or claim. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
How to make a request
Tell us which right you want to exercise and provide the contact details or order reference needed to locate your records. You do not need legal wording. Please avoid sending a full identity document unless a necessary, proportionate identity check is explained to you.
For a published customer conversation, identify the screenshot or quote and describe your connection to it. You can request its review or removal through the same contact channel.
Response times and charges
Where the GDPR applies, the normal response deadline is one month. A complex request can require an extension of up to two further months, with notice and reasons within the first month. Requests are normally free; any lawful exception must be explained.
Reasonable identity verification may be necessary to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you will be told the reason and available complaint options.
Control website preferences
Use the header button to change light or dark mode. The purchase popup has sound and dismiss controls. You can clear these preferences in your browser’s site-data settings. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to allow or reject optional Functional storage. Saved optional preferences are removed when you reject them, where the browser permits access. The website’s code has no advertising or audience analytics trackers.
These local choices do not delete correspondence or order records held separately. Use a privacy request for those records.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting and messaging providers may handle information needed to provide their services. A separately installed player has its own data practices. Future card checkout will identify its payment provider before collecting card information.
If your request concerns an international transfer or a provider involved in your order, include that question. The privacy notice describes the purposes and information categories currently involved; it must be updated when the service changes.
Complaints and independent information
You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. See the EDPB directory of European data-protection authorities. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The EDPB guide to individual rights provides further information. You can contact an authority without first completing an internal complaint process.
